They state that just answering their computer generated call enters you (your phone number) in their system as a subscribing member. Even if your voicemail picks up the call. Then you must listen to their sales pitch before they give you an option to unsubscribe and stop receiving their calls. I selected the option to unsubscribe and it said it may take up to seven days to process. That was on 9/26/12. Today 9/26/12 is seven days later and I just received another spam sales call from them. My number was/is listed on the national do not call list. I am filing a complaint with the Ca. Public Utilities Commission and suggest that everyone do the same.
